Delete Your DRAmachine Account

DRAmachine is operated by Bile Beans For Biliousness Pty Ltd, Australia. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the data associated with it.

Fastest method: delete in-app

Open DRAmachine → Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

This removes your account immediately and irreversibly. No email request is needed.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us:

Please include the following so we can locate and verify your account:

The email address you used to sign in
Your in-game display name, if you remember it
A statement confirming you are requesting deletion ("I request deletion of my DRAmachine account.")

We will action verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. We may need to reply to confirm your identity before actioning the request.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your Firebase Authentication record (login credentials)
Your DRAmachine profile (username, badges, tokens, credits, perception statistics, settings)
Your chat history, archived chats, and any chats you have shared to the global feed
Reports you have submitted and users you have blocked
Push notification tokens registered to your device
Moderation history associated with your account

We also request deletion from the following third-party services we use to operate the App:

Firebase Authentication (login)
RevenueCat (in-app subscription and purchase records)

Chat prompts previously sent to our AI inference provider (OpenRouter) were transmitted for the sole purpose of generating replies and are not retained by OpenRouter beyond short-term operational logging. They are not used to train models.

What is retained, and why

A small amount of information is retained after deletion:

Transaction and purchase records — retained as required by Australian tax and accounting law (generally 5 years) and to defend against chargebacks and fraud. These records are stored by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, not by us directly.
Aggregated, anonymised analytics — retained indefinitely. This data cannot be tied back to you after deletion.
Where your account was subject to a moderation action for violation of our Terms of Service, we may retain a hashed record sufficient to prevent the same person re-registering, for the purpose of enforcing those Terms.

Advertising identifier

DRAmachine displays rewarded ads via Google AdMob. AdMob uses your device's advertising identifier, which is managed by your device's operating system and is not tied to your DRAmachine account. You can reset or delete this identifier at any time from your device settings:

Android: Settings → Google → Ads
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
